Job Description
Administrational
tasks e.g. checking visa requirements & application and coordination of
Tours requirements Phone, fax and email attendance of any clients requirements
Provide clients with Tour packages and services in accordance to clients
requirements Arrange Tour Fulfillment by making/changing tour bookings, bus
reservation, hotel booking Follow up Clients confirmation, payment and
documentation Assist Clients with all their requirements during Tour Ensure all
documents, quotations, tour vouchers and invoices are processed accurately
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Tourism
• Travel industry knowledge
• Previous experience of working with travel systems
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to multitask
